To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpellingKids and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

SpellingKids is designed solely as an educational tool to assist students in spelling bee competition preparation. It is not a substitute for professional tutoring, academic instruction, or official competition resources.

While we strive to ensure all word lists, definitions, IPA transcriptions, and etymologies are accurate, we cannot guarantee absolute correctness. If you identify an error, please report it via our Contact page.

Users are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the application. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise younger students' use. SpellingKids is intended for students in Levels 1 through 8.

SpellingKids does not currently display third-party advertisements. The Google Play Store listing may contain its own policies and terms that apply independently of this disclaimer.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the SpellingKids application at any time without prior notice. Word lists, decks, and features may change between app versions.

This disclaimer may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer. The effective date shown above reflects the most recent revision.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of SpellingKids shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
