SpellingKids is committed to protecting your privacy. Here's exactly what we do — and don't do — with your data.

SpellingKids does not collect personally identifiable information. All study progress, review history, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not require account registration, login, or any personal data to use the app.
All app data — including word lists, your SRS progress, card review history, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
SpellingKids does not integrate any third-party analytics services, crash reporting tools, or behavioral tracking SDKs. We do not monitor or track how you use the application.
SpellingKids does not display advertisements. No advertising SDKs or ad networks are integrated into the application. Your usage is never used for advertising targeting.
SpellingKids is designed for students in Levels 1–8. We take children's privacy seriously. Since we collect no personal information and require no account creation, SpellingKids is safe for use by students of all ages.
SpellingKids may request permission to access device storage (to save progress locally) and audio (for word pronunciation playback). These permissions are used solely for core app functionality and nothing else.
The SpellingKids app is distributed via the Google Play Store. Google's privacy policies apply to the download and installation process. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for information about data collected by the Play Store.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security is governed by your device's own security measures. We recommend keeping your device updated and using appropriate device-level security such as a PIN or fingerprint lock.
This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
