By downloading, installing, or using the SpellingKids application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
SpellingKids grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
SpellingKids is intended for use by students preparing for spelling bee competitions and by parents or educators supporting those students. Commercial use, classroom redistribution, or resale of the app or its content is not permitted without written consent.
All content within SpellingKids â including word lists, definitions, etymologies, IPA transcriptions, audio recordings, design elements, and code â is the intellectual property of SpellingKids and its developers. All rights reserved.
You agree not to use SpellingKids in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the application. Attempting to circumvent any app feature or license restriction is prohibited.
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SpellingKids makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
SpellingKids reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from changes to or discontinuation of the service.
These terms remain in effect as long as you use the application. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app. SpellingKids may terminate your license if you violate any term of this agreement.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SpellingKids shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

By using SpellingKids, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
